Due to the personalized nature of our blankets, all sales are final. Once we begin production on your custom order, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

     Exceptions:

Incorrect Information: If we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong image), we will correct it at no additional cost. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
